Introduction to Sound (Pre-K Class)

$210.00

For ages 2-5. This course serves as a perfect preparation for formal private lessons (which are not recommended until age 6), or simply the beginning of a life-long relationship with music.

This is an 8 week class and class runs for 50 minutes.

Wednesdays 11am January 22 - March 12.

Introduction to Sound gives children a new form of communication through the understanding of sound, while using music as a medium to solidify other learning topics such as counting, colors, mind-body connection, and emotional awareness. Through aural, visual, and kinesthetic channels, we celebrate the differences in our brains and preferences.

Based on brain science and taking elements from both the Orff Schulwerk and Kodály teaching philosophies, this course is intentionally designed and serves as one of the only non-corporate options of its kind.
